PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PHOTOS

Sterling silver jewellery handcrafted by Tsedey, which may feature pre-made components such as chains, charms or clasps.  Other parts of the jewellery will be semi-precious stones, freshwater pearl, Swarovski crystals, glass or other types of beads as well as textile and resin. Oxidized designs use liver of sulphur to darken the surface of the silver.

Our textile products are designed and woven on a traditional loom by Gareth in our workshop-boutique in the village square. We use fibers like cotton, wool, linen, silk, jute and leather. This gives more depth and individual look to each of the textiles made. Most of the products that we make involve some finishing of the woven textile like making the cushion covers with backing and zips and mounting the lampshades on frames that is also done by Gareth and Tsedey.

Photographs taken may well be the actual item you will receive, or what we deem to be a clear representation of the product if more than one has been made. Due to the irregularities in gemstones themselves, and the handcrafted nature of Tsedey’s work and also the materials used for weaving by Gareth, we reserve the right to sell items with minor differences to the products photographed.

Please be aware that the colours displayed on our website we consider to be close renditions of the actual colours of the stones and pearls used. However they cannot be guaranteed 100% accurate, as this will vary depending on each individual computer’s monitor settings.

PACKAGING

All our jewellery is beautifully packaged, ready to give as a gift. Carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a bag or gift box and then placed in a padded envelope for posting.

VAT AND IMPORT DUTY

All prices are stated clearly in Euros at their full price. No VAT is added, as Elelta is currently not a VAT registered small business.

Elelta is not responsible for any import duties, which may be applicable to your country.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our aim is complete customer satisfaction, however, should you be unhappy with any aspect of our service or products, or change your mind, please read our terms below:

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND:

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you must contact us in writing within 7 working days of your receipt of the goods to request a refund if you change your mind.

A refund will be carried out by us within 30 days of agreeing the return in writing.

Please see exceptions below.

IF YOUR JEWELLERY IS FAULTY:

You must contact us within reasonable time scale.

In most cases a full refund, exchange or repair will be offered (depending on the time scale), this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

IF A REFUND IS AGREED:

You must return the goods to us, failure to do so is a breach of your statutory duty, and you may be charged recovery costs.

It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, until they are returned to us.

Any goods must be returned within a reasonable time scale and must be securely wrapped, preferable in the original packaging.

A refund will be carried out by us within 30 days of agreeing the return in writing.

Refund will include the original postage cost, if applicable, but the customer will pay the cost of returning the item to us, unless it is faulty.

The refund process means money can only be refunded to the source originally used to pay. For credit card sales, this will be the exact card, which was used when purchasing the product. For Paypal customers, this will be refunded into the customer’s Paypal account (rather then the credit card used to pay through Paypal).

EXCEPTIONS:

We regret that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned/refunded, unless faulty.

We regret that custom or bespoke goods (where jewellery is made to order to a design agreed between Elelta and the customer) cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.

For any items judged to be damaged due to improper use or when the customer has not taken reasonable care, Elelta may claim against the customer for damages and breach of statutory duty. This does not affect the customer’s right to a full refund.
