I’m Tsedey, the creator behind Elelta Bijoux. My name means ‘Springtime’ in Amharic, the Ethiopian language.

My journey into jewellery-making began in 2002 after taking courses at East Berkshire College. I started creating jewellery and sharing my pieces with family and friends. In 2014, my husband and I moved to France, where we ran a craft shop and workshop. This experience turned my passion into a rewarding career. During the quieter winter months, I taught jewellery-making classes, sharing my love for the craft.

In September 2023, we moved to Buckingham to be closer to family. I now work from my home studio, always exploring new ideas and techniques to improve my jewellery-making. I also take commissions and hope to offer jewellery-making classes in the future.
