SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We will prepare your orders from Monday to Friday until 2 pm. Your orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. The preparation of your orders will take 2 to 3 working days.

We cannot change the shipping address you gave us on your order after the shipment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping in UK: Free shipping over £50.

International Shipping: Depending on which country you are from, there will be choices to choose at checkout for standard and express tracked services. Prices will be indicated once you’ve entered Name, Address and Tel.No.  

Note for International Orders: 

Please be aware that import duties, brokerage fees, VAT, third-party charges, or any other fees imposed by customs authorities at the point of entry are the sole responsibility of the customer importing the items. These charges are not the liability of our business.

If you have concerns regarding the possibility of such charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to inquire about any potential fees that may apply. We want to ensure a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers.

Terms of Exchange and Refund

If you are not happy with the items you have received we can offer you exchange or return.

Our exchange or refund policy lasts between 30 and 60 days following the reception of your order to inform us of your wish to return or exchange your order. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order to return the item to us, only unworn, untainted, unmanaged, unwashed items returned in the same condition that you received it, in it’s original packaging.

Some pieces are exempt of returns, such as:

  • Pieces of jewelleries listed in the sales
  • Discounted jewelleries
  • Personalised Jewelleries
  • All Piercing Earrings bought online as well as in store
  • Commissioned items of jewellery or textiles

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • .Any jewellery piece that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any jewellery piece that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

The returned items must be in a condition to be resold.

Shipping costs for the exchange or refund are charged to the customer.

We only replace jewellery if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tsedey@elelta.com and send your item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
